前台接待区采用长吧台设计，结合定制家具的模块化组合，提升交流与生活氛围。公共休闲区以中央沙发区为核心，通过办公家具的灵活布局，实现会议、接待与休闲功能的无缝切换。水吧台采用咖啡厅式设计，搭配定制家具的舒适座椅，为员工提供社交与休憩的第三空间，强化团队协作与创新思维。

在居家办公与混合办公模式普及的背景下，设计团队通过办公环境规划重新定义办公流程。定制家具的智能收纳系统与空间设计的动线优化，满足员工对高效协作与隐私保护的双重需求。开放式办公区与独立工作站的结合，依托定制家具的模块化特性，实现功能分区与空间利用的最大化。

As a dental care research brand founded in 2018, Bibi has commissioned Zhang Ye Architectural Firm to create office space for its Shenzhen headquarters to meet the needs of the company's development. The project is located in Qianhai Life Insurance Financial Building, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. Through precise selection of office furniture and customized furniture, combined with office environment planning and spatial design, a dual breakthrough in functionality and aesthetics has been achieved.

01. Innovation: Breaking the traditional visual revolution

The design team focuses on office environment planning and balances a relaxed and serious office atmosphere through spatial design techniques. The use of color block decorative elements and brand logo arrays integrates the youthful characteristics of the enterprise into the layout of office furniture, creating a highly creative visual experience. The logo array created by colored paint not only enhances brand recognition, but also achieves the unity of spatial flexibility and fashion sense through modular design of customized furniture.

02. Creativity: Multi functional social scene reconstruction

The front desk reception area adopts a long bar design, combined with modular combinations of customized furniture, to enhance communication and living atmosphere. The public leisure area is centered around the central sofa area, and seamlessly switches between meeting, reception, and leisure functions through flexible layout of office furniture. The water bar counter adopts a coffee shop style design, paired with comfortable seats made of customized furniture, providing employees with a third space for socializing and resting, strengthening teamwork and innovative thinking.

03. Functionality: A New Paradigm for Office Work in the Pandemic Era

In the context of the popularization of home work and hybrid work models, the design team has redefined office processes through office environment planning. The intelligent storage system for customized furniture and the optimization of spatial design flow meet the dual needs of employees for efficient collaboration and privacy protection. The combination of open office areas and independent workstations, relying on the modular nature of customized furniture, achieves the maximization of functional zoning and space utilization.

04. Sustainability: A Practical Example of Environmental Protection Concept

The project adopts 90% recycled furniture, including employee desks and storage cabinets, and achieves resource recycling through the renovation and transformation of customized furniture. This measure not only reduces environmental burden, but also serves as a benchmark for sustainable use of office furniture, providing a green office model for the medical and oral care industry. The application of environmentally friendly materials and energy-saving technologies further enhances the sustainable value of space.
