It is adjacent to the the Pearl River in the north, overlooking the the Pearl River New City, and facing the Guangzhou Tower and Liede Bridge in the west. As a leader in the e-commerce industry, Ruoyu Chen commissioned Duben Yijie Design to create a three story office space (including two connected areas) as a composite place that integrates commercial display and practical office, interpreting the brand's core concept of "breaking through tradition and pursuing excellence" through commercial environment design.
Design concept: Visual narrative soaring upwards
The designer adopts the theme of "rocking upwards" and uses minimalist color tones (gray and white) and mirror steel and glass materials to create a futuristic atmosphere. The facade uses the reflective characteristics of mirror steel and glass to reflect the the Pearl River landscape and horizontal structure, creating a deep and transparent sense of space extension. The cold metallic texture, soft curved lines, and pure color system collide with each other, forming an office aesthetic that combines visual tension and spiritual resonance, perfectly matching Ruoyuchen's brand attitude as an e-commerce enterprise constantly breaking through industry boundaries.
Core element: Integration and symbiosis of technology and art
The front desk area adopts a combination of dynamic soft film screen and transparent glass, combined with sandblasted matte stainless steel front desk and matte acrylic backlight design, creating a futuristic visual focus. The swirling light lines run from the front hall to the back area, symbolizing the brand's continuous upward development trajectory. As a spatial hub, the spiral staircase is connected in both directions with a fully glass structure. The transparent material and light reflection create a rich and layered walking experience, serving as a visual link between the exhibition area, conference area, and office area.
Functional zoning: elastic adaptation to diverse scenarios
Space planning takes into account both external display and internal office needs: The product display area showcases the brand's digital marketing strength through customized display cabinets and dynamic screen display systems; The office area continues the main material tone and divides functional modules through color differences in soft furnishings, including live broadcast rooms, conference rooms, and open collaboration areas. The live broadcast room adopts an open layout to achieve real-time collaboration between the anchor and the team; Furniture layout adopts modular design to adapt to the rapidly evolving e-commerce business needs, while display cabinet customization enhances the exclusivity and technological attributes of product display. The overall design not only meets the dual needs of open collaboration and private office for employees, but also conveys Ruoyuchen's forward-looking vision of leading industry innovation through spatial narrative.
