Microsoft Switzerland's headquarters is located at The Circle H11 in Zurich, covering an area of 4782 square meters. It is a model technology headquarters that integrates high technology, flexibility, and sustainable concepts. The project is led by the JOP ARCHITEKTEN design team, with the core concept of "Microsoft Switzerland ecosystem". It deeply integrates local materials, natural textures, and office environment design, strengthening the brand's innovative network image in Switzerland.

The space abandons traditional fixed workstations and adopts a highly flexible and diverse layout. Employees can choose different scenarios to carry out their work based on their tasks and needs through customized DIY. A large number of movable and combinable office furniture supports this dynamic mode, promoting a balance between collaboration and focus.

On the 10th floor facing customers, there are functional areas such as a conference center, collaboration area, and board meeting room. The office furniture configuration is rich and diverse, achieving a customized experience. The 9th floor is the employee area and Microsoft Technology Center (MTC), which creates an environment that adapts to various work rhythms through open communication areas, meeting rooms, and leisure facilities.

High tech office design runs through the whole picture: the Microsoft Technology Center is equipped with curved floor to ceiling LED screens, maker spaces, and advanced audio-visual facilities; The integrated intelligent IT system and accessible design throughout the building reflect a technology driven office experience.

The design also values sustainability and biophilic principles. By introducing natural materials such as green plants, wood, and concrete, and extending the ecological atmosphere of the nearby park indoors, a creative green office environment design has been created. The overall project not only achieves flexibility and diversity in functionality, but also builds a forward-looking and ecological modern workplace through local design language and high-tech support.
