Payment giant Worldline has commissioned STACK Interiors to create an office environment for its new headquarters in Auckland, in response to the post pandemic work model changes and to strengthen collaboration and cultural cohesion. This space is centered around "natural comfort" and deeply integrates the functionality of office furniture with the uniqueness of customized furniture, redefining the aesthetic of fintech enterprise space.

Innovation of Office Environment under the Theme of Nature
The design inspiration comes from the Kiwi Bach beach cottage in New Zealand, emphasizing indoor and outdoor flow and natural light utilization. The space on the 18th floor introduces natural light through french window, and the log colored office furniture matches with green plants to create an open and quiet atmosphere. Abandoning traditional grid spaces and adopting a flexible layout that combines collaborative and independent workspaces, the office environment meets both the needs of focus and interaction.
Customized Furniture: The Soul of Space Personality
Customized furniture is the core highlight of design. Customized wooden grid partitions at the entrance serve as the visual focal point, with modular design that meets reception, negotiation, and social functions. It not only conforms to the brand tone, but also echoes the natural landscape hierarchy. Customized long tables and movable seats in the collaboration area, as well as curved sofas in the leisure area, are all tailored to the specific space, ensuring that office furniture combines aesthetics and practicality.
The symbiosis between office furniture and efficient collaboration
Office furniture configuration meets the needs of financial technology work: the open area is equipped with adjustable desks to support standing work; Customized conference tables in the conference room with integrated multimedia equipment to meet remote collaboration needs; The dispersed 'focus cabin' is equipped with sound insulation materials and ergonomic seats, providing a private working corner. Flexible configuration enables the office environment to quickly adapt to team changes and improve efficiency.
Sustainable Development and Cultural Cohesion
Local renewable materials are often used for office furniture, and customized wooden partition edges are reused as wall decorations to reduce waste and enhance spatial narrative. The integration of shared space and brand elements enhances employee identification, while the natural atmosphere of the office environment and the exclusive space created by customized furniture jointly enhance the cohesion of corporate culture.
This renovation has created a 'worth visiting' office environment for Worldline, proving the core value of office furniture and customized furniture in modern workplaces, and becoming a model for fintech companies to embrace flexible work.
