The Eraneos Group headquarters in Zurich, designed by Evolution Design, innovates in office environment design to create a comfortable and bright technology enterprise office space. Based on the earthy color scheme and indoor greenery, combined with a smart office system, efficient space management is achieved while creating a multicultural atmosphere, promoting open collaboration and social interaction.

one ️⃣  Open Collaboration: A Smart Office Space that Breaks Barriers

After merging and rebranding, Eraneos Group has abandoned traditional headquarters design and created an open and collaborative office environment. Employees can independently choose their work areas, break down departmental boundaries, and promote cross team communication. This design not only meets the demand for smart office after the epidemic, but also strengthens the cohesion of corporate culture through customized furniture and flexible layout.

two ️⃣  Acoustic Design: Balancing Focus and Innovation

Each floor is equipped with acoustic designed soundproof cabins and independent rooms to support focused work. The spatial inspiration comes from UNESCO World Heritage sites such as European Forests and the Fernando de Noronha Islands. Through unique background wall design, a peaceful and creative atmosphere is created, achieving a harmonious coexistence of social and environmental aspects.

three ️⃣  Social Center: A Hub for Integrating Work and Life

There are three bright coffee areas inside the building, which become the core of employee mobility and socialization:

First floor coffee area: combines reception and creative conference functions, providing diverse social modes;
Fourth floor coffee area: Connected to the upper and lower floors through internal stairs, forming a lively gathering point;
Top level Social Center: With light and dark wood elements, customized burgundy furniture, and a beer faucet bar counter, we create a high-end cocktail like comfortable environment to meet the leisure needs of employees and customers.

💡  Design Insights
