On October 7, 2024, design firm CCD Hong Kong Zhengzhong Design Firm expanded its global footprint by opening a Singapore office, which will also serve as its Asia Pacific headquarters outside of Greater China.

The CCD Asia Pacific headquarters office is located in the core area of Singapore's coastal region, facing the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. By the window, you can enjoy iconic urban landscapes such as Marina Bay Gardens, Merlion Park, and the Flyer Ferris Wheel. The 630 square meter space "translates" Singapore's lush greenery into a bustling urban business scene, achieving a harmonious blend of modern life and tropical gardens, interpreting the pure office environment design spirit of seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces.
The spatial layout is based on the core concept of "brilliant integration", using the garden and garden "moving and changing scenery" technique. Through elements such as doors, windows, and screens, it divides into diverse scenes such as flower rooms, conference rooms, executive lounge style living rooms, and corridor bridges. The island in the open kitchen serves as a bar counter for drinks, cold dining, and team discussions, showcasing the flexibility and diversity of the space; The crystal box like glass conference room and semi enclosed integrated tables and chairs form a rich hierarchy, ensuring independent work needs and promoting creative exchange.
Elegant and exquisite aesthetics run through the whole, endowing spatial narrative from globally selected collections: artist Peng Libiao's sculpture "Body Relationships" and graffiti art painting "Dialogue" in the rest area convey CCD's open attitude of embracing multiculturalism. Office furniture blends hotel furniture styles, with ethnic materials such as bamboo woven rattan and Persian carpets colliding with contemporary crafts such as electroplated metal and white marble, naturally incorporating Southeast Asian cultural attributes into spatial details.
The color system is dominated by black, white, green, and brown, creating a fresh and soothing atmosphere visually. Creative diversity is not only reflected in aesthetic expression, but also in the concept of sustainable development: the material exhibition hall strictly selects new environmentally friendly materials, and the decorative materials recycled from old projects are made into display boards, creating a technology platform for online and offline communication, and realizing the collaborative innovation vision of the Internet of Things.
