The McDonald's Switzerland headquarters office was created by the Mint Architecture design team, with office environment design as the core strategy, deeply embedding brand genes into customized spaces, creating a modern office space that promotes efficient collaboration and is full of brand vitality.

The project breaks through traditional layout and, based on the working mode of the enterprise and the needs of employees, re plans the 1590 square meters of space on three floors into four distinct functional areas: community interaction area, conference area, open office area, and multifunctional activity area. The entire design revolves around a central hub that connects three levels, making it the visual and functional core.

In the design of office environment, the team pays special attention to the flexibility and variability of space. The multifunctional conference area located on the first floor is connected to the staff restaurant and terrace through movable partitions, which can be quickly transformed into a large event venue as needed. This design not only supports multiple work scenarios, but also greatly improves the efficiency of space utilization.

Office furniture is closely integrated with spatial construction to serve the functional goals of customized spaces. Diversified seating options, flexible combination of conference furniture, and dedicated workspaces arranged along the window are all designed to support different work modes from collaboration to focus. The layout of upper level office furniture continues the concept of "integration of interaction and contemplation", with workstations set along continuous window walls fully introducing natural light, while independent meeting rooms and integrated tea rooms promote casual communication.

The communication of brand characteristics runs through the entire process. The design enhances McDonald's global brand image in the core area through color matching and material collision. Perforated metal panels, black framed glass, oak components, and acoustic elements contrast with the minimalist office area, constantly echoing the brand spirit in both visual and experiential aspects.

This project successfully transforms McDonald's brand energy into a modern headquarters office space that promotes collaboration, flexibility, efficiency, and uniqueness through precise office environment design and highly customized space planning, combined with multifunctional office furniture.
