The Hyatt Group office located in the "The Circle" complex at Zurich Airport, created by Alexander Fehre Architecture Studio, is a forward-looking practice in the field of commercial environment design. The project takes the hotel office environment as its core concept, deeply integrates hotel service quality and office functions, and creates a hybrid workplace that combines exquisite comfort and efficient collaboration.

Faced with the group's demand to provide employees with a high-quality environment equivalent to that of hotel guests, the design team broke through the traditional office model and fully integrated the hotel office environment into a 1500 square meter space. Through detailed research on employee workflow, a multi-level layout was planned from a dedicated workspace, an open collaboration area, to a leisure meditation area, and an open kitchen was specially set up to enhance interaction and welfare experience.

In terms of commercial environment design strategy, the team cleverly utilizes the irregular plan of the original building, maximizes spatial functionality and fluidity through "rounded corners" shape, embedded seats, and visual separation techniques. Especially prominent is the selection and layout of office furniture: the conference room adopts colorful metal wall panels to enhance visual temperature; The combination of fabric wall panels, polygonal oak flooring, and inlaid carpets creates a refined hotel like atmosphere. These materials and office furniture configurations commonly found in high-end hotels significantly enhance the comfort and aesthetic style of the space.

This space can not only accommodate 80 employees, but also reserve future development flexibility through flexible design. Hyatt Office does not simply replicate hotel aesthetics, but transforms the hotel's professional service spirit into a dynamic work environment through customized solutions and multifunctional scenarios. This project validates the value of hotel office environments in enhancing employee experience and brand recognition, providing an innovative template for cross industry business environment design.
