On the road to a sustainable future, adidas showcases the design wisdom of minimalism and flexibility as dual paths with its RED building located in Portland, Oregon. This space, created by the O+A design team, is not only a place for showcasing new products and integrating office space, but also a luxurious experience journey towards the future, with immersive expression of sports genes, digital technology, and art installations.

The RED Building, as the exclusive space for Adidas' sales team, echoes the brand's commitment to a sustainable future with its minimalist architectural language and flexible reconfigurable layout. The design achieves rapid scene transitions and adapts to different display and activity needs through a series of "editable real spaces", such as minimalist white box exhibition halls and multifunctional black box theaters, reflecting high adaptability.

The integration of digital technology in the space, from the large video screen at the entrance to the dynamic light box in the corridor, the brand story is narrated while walking. The art installations in the elevator halls on each floor are made of sustainable materials used in Adidas' seasonal new products, such as recycled yarn and 4D printed insoles, transforming product innovation into spatial narrative and strengthening future sustainable material expression.

The upper level office area continues the minimalist and flexible office furniture system, forming a functional and visual unity with the exhibition hall, supporting teams to collaborate efficiently according to the pace of new product releases, reflecting the deep integration of the office environment and brand mission.

The entire building is not only a showcase for products, but also a tangible declaration of adidas' goal of carbon neutrality - it reduces redundancy through minimalism, extends the life of space through flexibility, promotes sustainable processes through design, and endows the brand with concrete optimism and faith for the future.
