Reece's Sydney headquarters, The Works Experience Center, has redefined the office environment design of manufacturing enterprises with "employee well-being" as its core driving force. This project not only serves as a global headquarters, but also integrates exhibition hall and office functions, creating a modern workplace that supports hybrid collaboration and flexible diversity.

The design revolves around health and well-being, using a radial layout to enhance visual and behavioral connections between floors, encouraging employee interaction and collaboration. The space is embedded with diverse office furniture and scene settings, such as high and low work areas, private partitions, open meeting areas, and leisure corners, fully adapting to different work modes and physical and mental needs.

Brand culture is deeply conveyed through design language, especially with the theme of "water element" running through the overall environment - from the sound of flowing water and reflective materials at the entrance, to customized water-saving devices and circular flow patterns, subtly strengthening the corporate identity. Each floor is equipped with a work and rest area facing the window, emphasizing natural light and outdoor views, further promoting the physical and mental balance of employees.

The headquarters transcends traditional office positioning and becomes a comprehensive experience center that integrates display, learning, collaboration, and well-being, demonstrating how modern office design puts people first and organically integrates corporate culture, sustainable concepts, and spatial functions.
