Design concept: the balance between continuity and innovation

Following the “Best Office in Bristol”, Alpha, an international financial group, once again joined hands with Ikon Group and Design with Narrative to create a workplace in Paddington, London that combines cultural continuity and unique personality.While inheriting the brand design gene, this case injected inspiration from the local industrial landscape, realizing a new height of Office environment design in the financial industry.

Exquisite interpretation of industrial style design

The design team uses rough industrial materials as the base, such as exposed structures, metal and concrete, and then softens the space through a large number of high-quality fine wood to form a unique aesthetic of “rigidity and softness”.This Industrial style design is not cold and hard, but uses warm wood finishes and dramatic lighting design to create a refined and charming atmosphere-light has become the core tool for shaping the spatial level and dynamic experience.

Core functional area: People-oriented multiple scenarios

The focus of the project has been built：

• Board meeting room and reception area–Highlight professional image

• Auditorium -flexible holding of internal events

• 20-meter long lounge bar–promote informal exchanges

• Golf simulation room–decompression and team building

These areas reflect the people-oriented design concept: respect the social, rest and collaboration needs of people in different work scenarios.In addition, stepped seats and open collaboration areas encourage spontaneous interaction, and Natural elements enhance psychological comfort.

The result: stylish, distinctive and fascinating

The final delivered space not only continues Alpha’s design tradition, but also gives the Paddington team a working environment that combines industrial charm and exquisite experience.From Bristol to London, this case proves that Office environment design in the financial industry can simultaneously achieve brand unity and local originality-people-oriented, light as the pen, industry as the bone, warmth as the soul.
