**The starting point of innovation, the road to championship**
As the group’s regional headquarters in the Yangtze River Delta, Shanghai Li Ning Center combines sports spirit with fashion elements to create a composite office space of about 22,000 square meters.The design revolves around the three core concepts of ”innovation, exploration, and sustainability”, transforming the brand visual language into a spatial language, and providing enterprises with flexible office solutions for the future.
**Spatial layout logic**
• 12th floor: Brand reception center
• 11th floor: Product R&D Center
•6-10 floors: open office area
•4-5 floors: shared functional area (large sample floor, conference center)
**Customized office furniture·Stimulate creative vitality**
In the 11-story product R&D center, the design team tailored a dual-function furniture system for the designer:
***Mobile station storage cabinet**: Located between the workstations, it is convenient for designers to flexibly adjust the layout of the workstations to meet the collaboration needs of different projects
•**Display storage cabinet above**: Dedicated to displaying brand clothing, shoes, bags and works of art, integrating brand culture into daily office scenes
These **Customized office furniture**not only solve the storage needs, but also become a carrier for displaying personal style and brand culture, making the office space full of belonging and creativity.
**Office environment design·Flexible and diverse work scenarios**
The open office area on the 6th to 10th floors adopts “3.3+2+8 ”The layout mode ensures that each station can enjoy natural ventilation and lighting.Optimize the layout of air outlets, lamps and other equipment through BIM technology to create a comfortable office environment.

**Sports brand industry characteristics·Brand cultural space**
The 12-story brand reception center uses a giant curved LED screen to match the brand culture exhibition wall to create an immersive brand experience space.The streamlined aluminum ceiling combines lighting design to create a sense of dynamic space, which can hold new product launches, brand sharing and other activities.
The 7-story Clarks Canteen uses pop-style color mosaic parquet walls to inject sporty vitality into the simple space and interpret the brand’s spirit of freedom and vitality.
**Sustainable design concept**
The 4-story main sample layer retains the clear water concrete inverted triangle hanging beam structure, combined with the mirror ceiling to extend the visual space, showing the beauty of the building structure while reflecting the concept of sustainable design.The 5-story conference center adopts triangular hanging beam luming treatment to form a diversified conference space, and realizes resource sharing through an electronic reservation system to improve the efficiency of space use.
