The Works Experience Center, Reece’s Sydney headquarters, redefines the office environment design of manufacturing companies with “employee well-being” as the core driver.The project not only serves as a global headquarters, but also integrates the dual functions of exhibition halls and offices to build a modern workplace that supports hybrid collaboration, flexibility and diversity.

The design revolves around health and well-being, using a radial layout to enhance the visual and behavioral connections between floors, and encourage employee interaction and collaboration.A variety of office furniture and scene settings are embedded in the space, such as high and low work areas, private compartments, open meeting areas and leisure corners, which are fully adapted to different work modes and physical and mental needs.

The brand culture is deeply conveyed through the design language, especially the ”water element” as the clue through the overall environment-from the sound of flowing water at the entrance, reflective materials, to customized water-saving devices and circular flow forms, imperceptibly strengthening the corporate identity.Each floor has a window-facing work and rest area, emphasizing natural light and outdoor vision to further promote the physical and mental balance of employees.

The headquarters surpasses the traditional office positioning and becomes a comprehensive experience center that integrates display, learning, collaboration and well-being. It shows how agency public design puts people first and organically unifies corporate culture, sustainable concepts and spatial functions.
