Delasport’s new headquarters in Sofia, with an area of 2,300 square meters , occupies the entire floor of the Office X office building.As a leading B2B sports betting software company, the design team uses “arc language” to run through the audience-from the foot of the ceiling line to the edge of the furniture, softening the sense of technology and creating a smooth and dynamic moving line experience.This not only strengthens the brand image, but also makes the space a daily “collaborative playground” for employees.

Office furniture: multiple scenes, free switching

In the sports software industry, efficient collaboration and deep focus are indispensable.In this case, modular office furniture was selected to realize：

• 6 meeting rooms  + 3 shared office areas: support the rapid assembly of the team

• Telephone booth-style dedicated work cabin : private and soundproof, suitable for one-to-one communication or independent coding

• Leisure area and coffee corner : With high bar tables, soft chairs, and movable seats to encourage informal communication

Large floor-to-ceiling windows introduce plenty of light, and green plant walls, moss installations, and wooden finishes dot them.Biological design is quantified as：

• Natural materials (wood, linen, terrazzo) account for more than 40%%

• Green plants can be seen within 5 meters of each station

• The fully open panoramic kitchen wall connects the interior to the greenness of the terrace

This directly improves the fatigue recovery rate and job satisfaction of software engineers.

Gaming software company’s “Fun Gene”

• Two charming terraces + multiple lounge chair areas
